A Voice Between Worlds—Rooted in Black Sand, Carried by Digital Echoes
Mason Shore is more than a name—it’s a love letter to the Canary Islands, wrapped in rhythm, memory, and real-life stories.
Born as a heartfelt musical journey by Safehouse Lab and Stephan von Falkenstein, Mason Shore is a voice between worlds—between New York City’s ceaseless energy and the timeless calm of the Canaries. But its heart will always be buried in the black sands of Punta Brava.
Stephan has returned to the islands since childhood, growing up with the scent of salitre in the air, guitars drifting through the streets of Puerto de la Cruz, and quiet afternoons shaped by the tender wisdom of his grandmother. Her presence, gentle and grounding, taught him the beauty of slowing down, listening deeply, and living fully—a spirit that pulses through every chord and lyric.
Mason Shore was born from that rhythm—a space to tell stories through song, to pause the world, and come back to what truly matters.
This journey is also shaped by the memory of his beloved Jack Russell companion, Pixel, who walked beside him through every chapter. Together, they traced the coastline, stretched beneath the morning sun, practiced yoga by the tide, and found peace in the ocean’s endless whisper. His spirit lingers still—in every song, every breeze, and every soft footstep down to Playa Jardín.
Now, after years of dreaming, wandering, and creating, Mason Shore is live.
This isn’t just a project—it’s a musical home, built con cariño canario and the kind of brotherhood you only find beneath volcanic skies. It’s meant to be felt barefoot on black sand, with your soul in the breeze… and a drink in your hand.
Welcome to the music of the islands.
Welcome home.
